When you enlist in the Lesbian Defence Force, we collect only the minimum required information to generate your rank dossier and authenticate your account:

• Callsign (Name): Displayed on your digital military certificate and public verification dossier.
• Comms Frequency (Email Address): Used exclusively for passwordless Magic Link authentication and duplicate enlistment prevention.
• Timestamps & Tier Rank: Calculated automatically based on your join date.

2. How Your Data Is Guarded & Processed

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data. We utilize industry-standard cloud infrastructure:

• Firebase Authentication & Cloud Firestore (Google Cloud): Handles secure token issuance and encrypted record storage.
• Cloudinary CDN: Stores generated certificate PNG images.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: Validates human interaction without collecting invasive telemetry or tracking cookies across the web.

3. Public Verification Profiles

Your unique LDF-ID and public verification page (e.g. /verify/LDF-XXX-NATO) displays your callsign, join date, rank tier, and status. It never publicly exposes your private email address or authentication tokens.

4. Data Deletion & Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your soldier record at any time. To request a complete purge of your data from our Firestore database, contact the developer through iamjaved.site.
